Our experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. An aftermarket delivery company delivered our furniture the first time, and not only did they damage it, but they left the damaged pieces in an unsafe condition. One of the damaged pieces actually fell on my mother, which was completely unacceptable. After reporting the damage, we were told we would receive the highest-quality replacement furniture. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged as well. By that point, we had already been without furniture for weeks, and we were told to keep one of the damaged sets because there were no other options available. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund for the damaged furniture. To make matters worse, they were charging our credit cards random amounts without clear explanations, creating even more frustration. Trying to get this resolved through corporate has been a nightmare. We were repeatedly transferred from one department to another, with each representative saying they couldn't handle the issue or directing us elsewhere. No one took responsibility or provided a reasonable solution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend purchasing furniture from this company. The poor quality, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service have made this one of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind the products they sell, and they certainly do not stand behind their customers. When something goes wrong, you're left to fight for a resolution while being passed from one representative to another with no one willing to take responsibility. Their customer service has been absolutely terrible from start the start, and they have shown no interest in making things right. After everything we've experienced—damaged furniture, a safety incident involving my mother, damaged replacements, refusal to provide a refund, and unexplained charges on our credit cards—I have completely lost confidence in this company. If you're considering buying furniture here, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. A company should stand behind its products and treat its customers with respect, and based on our experience, this company does neither.

View on GoogleIm so glad that I found my sofa and loveseat here in Raymour & Flanigan. I was window shopping for the best sofas and also best quality. First I went to Bobs furniture I didnt like what they had there. Then the next day I went to Raymour and flanigan this place is so friendly and also my salesman Andres Ramos Ramos thank you for taking your time and explaining to me everything about the sofa and how to add the insurance protection. I will give 10 stars to this place
View on GoogleGreat experience!!! Could not have been more seamless and fast. Rich was the sales manager who assisted me. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I just purchased my first home and needed all new furniture. I have been very stressed about picking out furniture, finding the right fit and style as well as price. Not to mention getting a delivery date sooner than 8-13 weeks out! I walked in and was out in on hour with everything I needed with a delivery date of less than a week from time of purchase (could have gotten it sooner if I wanted it, too). Overall, great experience with Rich and Raymour & Flannigan has a vast selection of quality furniture.
View on GoogleAndres led us thru and helped us make decisions and financing so that I could order everything I needed for my move in just one visit. It was all in place so that I could concentrate on moving and then have it all delivered at the perfect time! The furniture is absolutely beautiful!
