Found a great table and chairs for a fantastic price. The salesperson was very helpful, but when we got to check-out the credit office took forever. The salesperson and finance staff were not working together. I would recommend better training and team building for the staff.

From the moment I started shopping, Lorraine was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She was very thorough when explaining the different size and configuration options available, which helped me choose a couch that would fit perfectly in my home. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated how clearly she explained the delivery process and what to expect every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and I felt confident in my purchase because of how detailed and attentive she was. Customer service like Lorraine’s is hard to find. I really liked the variety of furniture they offered. The sales associate who helped us was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. She let us try out the mattresses and showed us the different models and sizes available. She also took the time to show us the other furniture we were interested, explaining the different colors and styles available. She was very attentive and helped us a great deal throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Jeff Wagner was amazing to work with! There was a no pressure salesman and was extremely knowledgeable and professional! The Showroom Manager Michael Ross Is an extremely knowledgeable and also very professional. I highly recommend the store in Deptford New Jersey.

I am very happy with my purchase of my two chairs and ottoman. The material is so soft and the deep cushions make watching tv perfect. The table in between looks good.
