RC Willey

The salesman was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on which range that we wanted to purchase. Our new range was delivered today. The delivery went well- they came in set up the new range and took out the old. Would recommend RC Willey to purchase appliances. Can't wait to try our new range!!

Lifetime customer here. Bryan Howard is the man. He helped us travel through this couch saga for several months and was the most patient salesperson ever. We’ve had so many purchases with RC Willey and it’s thanks to a customer service experience like this one that keeps bringing us back for more. This sectional couch is at the heart of our brand new home and all of our continuing interior design centers around it. We love it! 5 stars!

Experience at the store at University Mall was great. Salesman Kaelen was awesome. We had cookies and hot cocoa at the cafe. Delivery was on time and efficient, and into positition in our upstair loft. However, one of the bookcases was mismatched: the base has a 3/4-inch spacer on the bottom, making it taller than the other two. We decided it was acceptable (I can pry it off), so we didn't mention it to the delivery guys. No need for any further action on your end.

Loved my whole experience with RC Willey! From shopping, buying and delivering of my washer. It was all a great experience. The track my order for delivery was great! The young men who brought our washer were kind and efficient. They were there when expected and were done very quickly. Overall, fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience! Our salesman, Jason took all the time we needed to get exactly the right pieces of furniture for our needs. We are very pleased with our experience.
