The most positive part of our experience was with Carolyn. She was great at explaining to us the products and their features. She also shared her personal contact information so as we had questions after our initial visit, we got them answered very quickly.
View on GoogleIve had varied experiences at Mattress Firm's over the years, but I was blown away by how amazing this location was. I came in on 2 different days and worked with Keith and Carolyn. Both were incredible, so kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to help me and my family. We had a unique situation where we were on a crunched timeline due to moving out of state. They were checking inventories and made calls to multiple warehouses across different states to try and help me make my timeline. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Don't find it often in sales, but they are truly honest, kind, selfless, and caring individuals. Thank you Keith and Carolyn!
View on GoogleToday my experience was swell. Keith walked me through the mattress options, payment options nland his advise was impeccable for helping me analyze a game plan. I think anyone needing a mattress would benefit from this experience. While learning about billing options I discovered these can work for anyone! I hope everyone has a chance to enjoy their offers and deals while supplies are in stock. This memorial Day sale, had a helpful hand in the process, and it's an opportunity we don't want to pass up. Thank you for reading., and thanks again to Keith and Carolyn for their help
View on GoogleCarolyn is sweet. We went and looked at mattresses for months before we made a purchase. We feel like we know her well! When we went other places there seemed to be ridiculous hidden fees but she was very honest and up front with us. We felt like she was who we could trust so we purchased from her. I haven’t got my beds yet. Just purchased yesterday but we are very excited
View on GoogleKeith was very informative and patient with us, and we felt no pressure to buy something today (although we ultimately did). He helped us understand the differences between the Purple and Tempurpedic brands. Carolyn was also helpful when Keith had to step away to help a prior customer. We also got to meet Justin, a manager who was very honest with us. Great company and great location at Layton Crossing! Thank you!
