Terrible experience. Ordered a four piece living room set seven weeks ago, found out two days before delivery that one piece would be missing. Store never contacted me to let me know when it would arrive. I had to call twelve times before being told it would definitely arrive today. I was told They would call with a four hour delivery time window, never received a call. Called the store and the manger on duty told me to call back at 5:00 pm if it was not received. Which means I am supposed to sit around all day waiting for the shipment and then what? Is it coming tomorrow, next week or never? Bear in mind, this purchase was paid in full seven weeks ago. Store personnel completely lack even very basic customer service skills. Absolutely no attempt to rectify the issue, no communication whatsoever. Their stock answer when you call is they will check in to it, call us back later. Requests to speak to the manager are meet with "not available or off today". The MOD was just as inconsiderate and incompendent as the sales personal, offering only a "I could care less attitude" and made no attempt to resolve the situation or at least reassure me that they appreciated my business and he would resolve the issue promptly. Worst experience ever, would never purchase from Ashley/Regency again. BELOW RESPONSE to my post: The company's response below my post is advising me to contact their customer service. I already contacted their customer service and they have failed to reply to my complaint. This company obviously has a culture that completely lacks any type of professionalism or customer service. Once they have your money their job is done.

Ordered couch, ottoman, and chair plus 1 on 12/13/22. Was told 2-4 weeks for delivery someone would call me once in warehouse to set up delivery. After I received that call, delivery was set up for 12/23. Furniture was delivered with no problems & was exactly as ordered. I was nervous based on previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised with NO ISSUES!

When I walked through the doors no acknowledgement. No hello😞 no offer of service. When I finally located sales person she was nice. We both agreed one bed advertised as queen was a full. Funny also as I checked out with a purchase THEN everyone was being nice to me. You lost out on credit card purchase because you closed my credit card without telling me. I am pleased with purchase. 100.00 to deliver within a mile is insulting. I rented 20.00 truck under 1 hr.

Sammy was amazing! His sales manager was stellar as well. Bought a few things here over the years and they are always polite and professional Sammy was no exception. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Overall great experience recommend 100%.

I haven't finished my set up yet, but I'm so impressed at how the frame looks against my planks backdrop so far!
