This store is full of liars and scammers. If you buy large furniture from them, expect to pay a ridiculous delivery fee, deal with rude third party drivers, and still not get your furniture properly delivered.
At the store, the salesman guaranteed multiple times that everything would be delivered inside and fully assembled, even though all items were floor models. I asked him three separate times before purchasing, and he clearly said everything would be set up inside the house and that they would clean up the boxes and any mess afterward. None of that was true.
We took the entire day off work just to wait for this delivery. When the driver finally called, he was immediately rude, claiming he couldn’t get into my complex. I had already provided clear instructions and the access code. While I was trying to explain, he cut me off, said “I’ll do what I can,” and hung up. After that, he kept declining my calls. I had to call the store because it seemed like they were just going to leave without delivering anything.
When they finally showed up, they rushed through everything. The bed frame actually had to be taken apart just to get it through the door, which they did without an issue. So clearly, taking furniture apart was not a problem when it came to that piece. But when it came to the couch, which also did not fit through the door, they suddenly refused to do the same. Instead, the delivery guy tried to charge an extra $300 to take it apart.
When I called the store, they took zero responsibility. They blamed me for the size of my door, which is a standard door like any normal home. The manager was dismissive and unhelpful. One option he gave was to have the delivery team bring everything back to the truck, even though most of the furniture had already been delivered and assembled, and then offer me a store credit. Instead of fixing the issue or sending someone qualified to take the couch apart at no extra cost, they chose the easiest way out for them.
After going back and forth, the only other solution offered was that they would “call me tomorrow and see what they can do,” but made it clear it would not be free. That is unacceptable.
Now my couch is sitting in the hallway. They forced me to sign a document making me responsible for any damage, and now I have to hire someone else and pay out of pocket to take it apart because it is not simple to do.
I will never buy from this store again and would not recommend it to anyone. They act helpful and professional when you are buying, but once you have paid, they completely screw you over.
And to make it worse, the delivery guy initially tried to charge $300 to take the couch apart, then later admitted he did not even know how to do it. So he was ready to take my money knowing he could not even perform the service.

Juliana was wonderful to work with. She was a wealth of knowledge of the inventory and patient with our questions. She made this experience enjoyable and made us feel at ease with our purchase. Bonus points for finding us a washable sectional that works for our family needs (3 kids and 3 dogs). If you are shopping at the Ashley's in Warminster, ask for Juliana. You won't be disapponted!

We went to the Warminster Ashley store and was greeted warmly by one of the sales associates, Juliana. She introduced herself and made a point to also acknowledge my 9 year old daughter who was the purpose of our trip. I found this refreshing as salespeople usually disregard children because they know the adults make the decision. My daughter was happy to engage with Juliana and tell her the reason for our trip was to get new furniture for her room. Juliana congratulated her and then asked if we knew what we were looking for. We did because we had pre-shopped a few weeks prior. Juliana then patiently took us to the set we were settled on, didn’t question our decision or try to upsell us on something different. She knew we’d made up our mind and just helped us thy the process answering any questions we had, listening to my daughter’s plans for her new room. She reminded me I would need a mattress for the new set and let my daughter try out as many as she needed to make a decision. My daughter felt important and I felt gratitude to have encountered such a kind and aware salesperson in Juliana. We’ll definitely be going back to see her with our next furniture needs!

Ronza was amazing and very helpful with the final day of the memorial day sale. She helped my mom make some decisions that she usually struggles to make when it comes to couches. Helped us get a great deal and a really comfy couch which we desperately needed
