Relax The Back

We had a great experience with Erin at Relax The Back. She was incredibly patient in walking us through several different massage chairs and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. What really stood out was how attentive and helpful she was—she quickly provided detailed quotes for the items we were considering, which made it much easier to compare options. We also appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, just genuinely helpful guidance. While we haven’t made a final decision yet, we were very pleased with the level of service Erin provided and would definitely recommend working with her.

RTB has been an awesome resource for both me and my patients. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I consistently hear great things from everyone I send their way. Highly recommend!

I have lots of dramatic back and neck issues. Heading overseas with an 11 hour flight, I needed something to try to aid in enduring an econ seat for that period of time. RTB had several lumbar options one of which I purchased. Sought neck support elsewhere, but I've been using my lumbar pillow at home and am very pleased with it.

Updated review. After owning my chair I purchased through this store for over $5,500, I let Alonso know it was not working for my body and causing me pain in my low back. I was informed that this chair was not eligible for return. I was told the franchise owners would be reaching out to me to discuss options. After a week I had not heard from anyone so I reached back out to Alonso and he said he would send another note to them. This was over a week ago and I still have not heard from them. VERY unprofessional. Be forewarned! Customer service and satisfaction is apparently not important to the franchise owners and they can’t even be bothered to call and have a conversation with an unsatisfied customer. I would think at the very least they could offer to put this chair in one of their stores for sale. As it sits I am stuck with a very expensive chair that causes my back pain. Very frustrated.

I have shopped at Relax the Back many times over the years. Like my previous experiences, my recent interactions with their staff have been very good. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended!
