Relax The Back

We have had a great ongoing experience with Relax The Back! Selecting just the right chair for my husband was made easier by a salesperson who really understood the various products to help me find the perfect fit. Then two years later when we experienced a need for service for the chair, they immediately sent Mark who is surely a chair whisperer because he solved the issue with ingenuity and patience. Great customer service!

Great store and an awesome team. They’ve been a great referral partner for my practice, and my patients always come back with positive feedback. Really appreciate everything RTB does — thank you!

Jorge (i.e., George) offered incredible customer service. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Great experience... highly recommend the Beaverton Relax-The-Back retail store.

I grew up in a home where my Dad had a bad back injury, but he had this wonderful chair from Relax the Back. Sitting in it brought him immediate relief, it was truly an amazing chair. So, when I recently suffered a severe back injury, I knew right then, that I would have to buy my own chair. I was in such pain, that when leaving the hospital I couldn’t sit upright in the car to even make it to the store. But I knew this would be one integral part to my rehabilitation and feeling better again. So I called Relax The Back store in Beaverton. I told them my situation, about not being able to come in, and they worked out a wonderful deal for me. I was able to get the chair I was looking for, and they delivered it to me the next day! The whole experience was seamless and absolutely the easiest part of those painful early days of my injury. It’s the best money you’ll ever spend! I couldn’t be happier with the entire cycle. From dealing with the woman who first took my call, to the salesman who worked out a deal for me, to the guys who brought it into my home the following day. I can’t thank you all enough!

Excellent customer service! I bought many things here, bed frame, mattress, desk, custom perfect chair, desk lamps. Everything exceptional quality. Store manager Mark goes above and beyond for his customers.
