Mattress World Northwest - Warehouse

Ross was super helpful and helped me find the perfect mattress and boxspring that fit my budget. He was super knowledgeable, extremely nice, and very welcoming. I would highly recommend people go to Mattress World Northwest and talk with Ross.

Skylar and Brindel totally helped me out with a replacement controller for my adjustable bed frame. This is a Saturday too!! Thank you so very much guys! I definitely made the right choice buying from Mattress World!

I cannot say how impressed I am! The communication, and professionalism was outstanding! We had a minor issue, a broken part of the foot motor mount, and one of the delivery folks pointed it out to me, and 1 hrs later, another delivery guy, Tyler G, brought the replacement part and helped me install it! 😀 I will definitely recommend Matress World to all my friends and family 😎

I had a bed set up for the posh and lavish for 2 weeks and when i was ready to pick it and pay i found out they where out of stock and would be for a bit. I was sad and upset because i was looking forward to it for weeks. I talk to the sales rep Corbin and he was sorry for the inconvenience and to be honest i heard it all before. But this is why Corbin stands out more so than the rest of the employees who work there. I asked about other products and well i really wanted the one I set up to get. Corbin realized i was upset and cared about myself as a person and not just profit. He told me and with phone in hand.. "i want to make sure you are happy and get what you want i will call around to all the competition's stores for you to see who has what you want in stock." I was very taken back that he was willing to do this. So i asked what do you recommend this id what he suggested. (south Silverton 46) Corbin informed it will be an amazing compromise so i bought it. Mattress is great i jumped on it with my new date that night and we slept very well up on it. Thank you Corbin for all your professional help and customer service!!!!! I Suggest talking to Corbin if you ever want a anything bed related he will make things right even if it is not with their company! Best experience ever thank you!! xoxo
