Sleep Number

We went into Sleep Number absolutely desperate for a new mattress. Both of us have various physical issues that make it so one sleeps on a recliner couch and the other sleeps on the bed between two body pillows and multiple Squishmallows and tosses and turns ALL. NIGHT. LONG. We had an idea of what we wanted, but I don’t think we imagined it would turn out this awesome. Eric was INCREDIBLE. Honestly, when you have a lifetime of chronic pain/body issues, things like buying a mattress become pretty vulnerable, but it was a great experience. Eric took his time to explain everything to us and find the perfect fit and we left feeling better about our purchase than we could have possibly imagined. And it’s a BIG purchase. It’s scary to make that kind of investment, but that’s what it is - an investment in yourself, your relationship, and your health. I’m happy to report we’re both sleeping in our split king with our various personalized adjustments and I only require one Squishmallow. I had no idea how much my restless nights were affecting my days and I haven’t needed a two hour midday nap pretty much since we got the mattress a couple months ago. It’s amazing and Eric has been there for all questions and follow ups and we know he’s a phone call away. They genuinely want your mattress to work for you and go above and beyond to get you on the right path.

Amanda did a great job explaining all the options to us. She gave us the pros and cons of each. We were able to make an informed decision. If we did not we have the peace of mind knowing that the bed can be returned in 90 days if not satisfied. We are pretty sure we will like the bed and not have to return it. Thank you Amanda for a pleasant buying experience.

I have found my bed to be really comfortable. I had a lot of body aches and those are much better. My sales person was very nice and informative. The delivery process was easy. I am glad I bought the bed

An experience I had at your Clackamas Store. The service was top-notch, and our representative, Eric and his staff, were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. I highly recommend them! Very satisfied how Eric handled our defective warming pad. Having worked in many different retail settings myself; he showed Great Wisdom and Professionalism in handling our situation. Thank you so very much. Sincerely, Richard Reich

Great service from the team at the Clackamas store. Eric took the time to listen to my needs and answer all my questions. We currently have a Sleep Number bed, but I wanted an adjustable base and a step up from my current mattress. I purchased a great bed at a great price during their Sale. We love Sleep Number and I would invite anyone to go see Eric at the Clackamas store.
