Relax The Back

Amazing service! My son has 15 levels fused in his back, and I have SI joint dysfunction. We found Relax the Back during a recent trip for a follow-up at Duke for my son and were very pleased with Leon’s recommendations. I’ll visit soon and bring my husband with me so Leon can help him, too!

Glad we were able to make the drive from Leland to meet Tracey who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect pillow for me. Although it was a bit expensive, regenerative sleep and pain free living are priceless. Three nights of better sleep is confirmation that it was the right choice!

We came to the store and met Tracy. We were so impressed with her knowledge of every massage chair and the technology and history of the chairs. Tracy showed us every chair and listened to what we were looking for. She took all the time to show us which chair would suit our needs. There was no pressure to do anything except learn about the chair for us. She stayed past closing to make sure we purchased the right chair. I’m really excited about the relief of my new chair!!!

I was looking for a better pillow, and Tracey at Relax The Back was very knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and letting me try a series of pillows in the store. I had two pillows I was interested in, and I was able to borrow “loaner” pillows to try them out for a few nights, making the right choice easy. Overall, a great experience.

The reason for my low score is not due to the pillow, it is due to lack of response to my 3 emails to their support team. I am petite and the pillow don't hit the right spots and need to return it. I got a response to my first email confirming it was received and crickets ever since.
