Sleep Number

We had such a wonderful experience with Ed Brenner, manager of the Sleep Number store at Crabtree Mall. Ed is a superb salesman—knowledgeable, patient, warm, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what was right for us. He listened carefully, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly manner and exceptional knowledge made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Ed is truly outstanding at what he does and a tremendous asset to Sleep Number. We highly recommend stopping by the Crabtree store and asking for him. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

I want to thank Spencer and his Manager Ed for their tremendous help at Creedmore Mall today. This was the 5th select bed our family has bought over the last 30 years and we now all own our own king size bed. Next up will be Select Comfort beds for the grand children. For anyone thinking of checking them out, remember, you spend more time in bed sleeping than driving. The beds pay for themselves in the long run so, stop in and tell them Ted sent you to check things out. I know they'll take great care of you. Thanks again Spencer & Ed.

Ed was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. We really appreciated his professionalism and great customer service. If you need a bed, go see Ed, he’ll take great care of you!

Great experience purchasing a Sleep Number mattress. The sales associate did a great job explaining every detail of our purchase. I loved his personal stories of the comfort level of the mattresses. His knowledge made our purchase decision an esay one.

My husband and I visited the Sleep Number store at the Crabtree Mall and Payton welcomed us into the store. He made our shopping experience a pleasure. He asked us all the right questions so we could make the best choice to meet our needs. We can’t wait for our mattress to arrive and experience the best night sleep. Go see Payton if you want a great and very informative shopping experience!
