Rife’s has excellent costumer service!! My family stopped by to look at coffee tables and we ended up financing a whole living room set. Rife’s had lots of sales and Sarah an employee there entertained my girls with board games and puppets, she even played Disney music through the stores speakers while my husband I looked around. My two daughters thought that was amazing. Sarah let us take our time looking over the furniture and helping us by giving us different quotes for different pieces of furniture with so much patience. Sarah even let us rearrange some furniture so we could see how it would look together before we made a decision. We even were able to finance with no interest which was the deal breaker for us. The furniture was delivered a week later and set up for us. The movers Sarah set us up with were excellent, they were super polite and treated the furniture with great care. I highly recommend stopping by. They have so many options to choose from.

We found a couch with everything we wanted for a great deal! After finding the sectional is when we had issues. When purchasing I was going to finance and they tried both Wells Fargo and synchrony. Let me know that they seemed to deny the application. I found out 30 minutes after paying cash that they actually approved the application and I then had to dispute the hard credit pull. When the sectional was being delivered they did not wrap it. As for the delivery itself they first placed the couch in the grass outside and the brought in each piece. I’m very particular about shoes in my house and this I seen as a close runner up. I also has to double check the movers job and they did not connect the cords together which is what I was paying for. I was not impressed by the delivery company at all. 6 days after we had the sectional delivered we realized the usb on both sides is not working. I have yet to call and inform Rife’s but hoping they will handle the situation properly

We were in need of a new, firm mattress. Rife’s had an extensive array of.mattresses from the high end with all the bells and whistles to the simple no frills but good quality examples. We wanted a simple one and.that’s what we bought. Although we were shown the high end ones we felt no pressure away from our choice. The staff were helpful and courteous. We would shop here again.

In store help was great! No high pressure sales tactics, nice variety of choices and price points. Picked out two nice adjustable beds at a fair price. Delivery, set up, and removal of old beds all done with care and respect for property. Thank you for a quality product and quality service!

Great shopping experience and no sales pressure! Delivery and set up was quick and professional. Update: I had an issue with my couch I found within a week of owning it, through no fault of Rife’s, and Rife’s made it right with me by exchanging it for a new couch. I am very impressed with their exceptional customer service!! I would give them six stars if I could! Thank you for your dedication to your customers, Rife’s!!
