I did take one star off because my experience in the showroom with the salesperson wasn’t that great, I could tell the mood changed when I decided to buy the choice I had come into order that I found online, and not let myself overspend on one of the beautiful showroom Stanton sectionals I had seen. Then, upon delivery 3 wks later, the movers put it together and it faced the wrong way. It was ordered incorrectly. I ordered an ottoman bc I didn’t want a chaise. Then I’m told that I can’t order it without a chaise…Another 3 weeks and the two incorrect pieces are delivered. The 5 star service would be for the movers Devin and Jason. They delivered both times. Very personable guys who care about the experience and care about the family owned small company they work for- which is why I went to Robys in first place. These guys made me feel comfortable and were efficient in trying to deal with the whole mix up. Thank you to you both for being awesome real people. Readers- always tip your movers in cash or food! They deserve it!

Jason guided us with his knowledge of all the furniture to meet our wants and needs. We purchased our matching couch and loveseat in a BEAUTIFUL butterscotch leather. The side tables and coffee table are gorgeous with the 2 tone natural wood. And my husband’s recliner, which can stand up to my husband! Jason was great. Delivery was seamless. Devin and Jason are the best furniture delivery guys ever!

Another great experience shopping at Roby’s! I worked with Dyanne and I am very happy with my purchase. Everything from the selection, communication and delivery went smoothly. I went to Roby's to buy a new recliner. I got there in the mid afternoon of the last day of the sale they had going on. Business was brisk and they were short staffed with only two saleswomen on the floor. I decided on what fit my needs and budget. I waited a week for delivery. The only problem I have is with the $99.00 delivery charge. I know the markup on furniture is quite large. I also can appreciate that large truck gets poor mileage, but, I still don't feel the $99.00 charge is warranted. So, I'm taking away a star. Trenton and Adam were efficient at my delivery and checked everything out, making sure my new recliner worked as good as new.

Roby's did not disappoint. Our time in the showroom with Jason was fun and we easily settled on the furniture we came for plus a couple of other pieces we hadn't planned on! The phone conversations with Nicole were great. She was very helpful and friendly. Then Devin and Adam showed up in the delivery truck and continued the fantastic level of service. They were both friendly, and the furniture was set in place just like we wanted. They made it very easy. Thank you one and all, with special thanks to Jason, Nicole, Devin and Adam. Yes, we will gladly recommend Roby's. Thank you!
