Bought 2 adjustable twin xl base/mattresses, delivered by Nathan and Nate today - what a fantastic pair of guys! Replaced old king and setup the new system in record time all the while doing it with the help of Marley the Golden nosy dog! Major Kudos to both Nathan and Nate, along with Tracy A. in the back office and of course handsome Chris my salesman! 10 star review - thanks to all!
View on GoogleWe just had a very positive experience with Roby's Furniture in Lincoln City. The buying experience at the store was excellent and the sales staff was very informative. During that visit we bought two queen size beds. Today they were delivered on time as promised. The delivery team of Jeremiah and David was great. They were quick, courteous and very professional, even helping with moving a bed for us that they weren't delivering. We are quite happy with the full transaction and will definitely be customers of Roby's going forward. Thanks very much
View on GoogleMy husband and I have purchased two mattresses, a sofa, and three armchairs from Roby's Lincoln City location. We are very pleased with the quality of these items. We were assisted by Beth Gonzales, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. In addition, Roby's delivery service is top-notch. Now we are planning to buy all new kitchen appliances from Roby's. They are terrific!
View on GoogleTom did a wonderful job repairing our sofa and fitting us into his tight repair schedule. You cannot even tell it was repaired! Tom was wonderful to deal with. We love our Stanton living room set but there was a small section of fabric that pulled away from the piping on the back cushion. They did a great job addressing the issue quickly. Kudos to Tom! We love Roby's! Excellent service!
View on GoogleToday, Coltin and Devan did a very professional job of delivering my new mattress. I am very pleased with their effort and the results. These two young men are excellent representatives of the Roby's Furniture and Appliance Store here in Lincoln City, Oregon. Thank you!
