Everything about Roby's in Newport is fantastic five stars. The showroom, the sales staff, Lisa has been great at helping me get the purchases I'm looking for. The gentleman that delivered my new washer are fantastic, Shawn and Kenny. They are professional, efficient, and they removed the old washer and installed the new one in record time. I am incredibly happy about the service delivery and installation of my new washer. I think they should get a bonus of a gym membership for a year just for being the perfect delivery team.

Our washer decided to go south a few days ago. We went into Roby’s to take a look at what they had. Greeted right away and was explained what they had in stock and on sale. Found a new washer and dryer that day on sale. Had it delivered and old units taken away. Delivery guys Samuel and Shawn were great and on time. Setup was quick. Highly recommended for their delivery service

From purchase to delivery, the entire process was formative and seamless. The sales rep, Lisa was very knowledgeable, quick to answer questions along with a wealth of product knowledge. Our delivery team Shawn and Kenny, gave a call with their arrival time and on the front end of the delivery window. 7/2025: This store in Newport, OR, has high-quality furniture and a good selection to choose from. The warranties can’t be beat and provide significant peace of mind. We were lucky to have Charlene help us. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We purchased two couches and a bed set. The couches were delivered this morning by Edgar and Ted who wrestled these beasts up three flights of stairs without incident or complaint. They ensured all was in working order and answered all our questions. They were professional and took great care with our furniture (and walls!). The bed is due to arrive in a couple of weeks, so I will update this if any concerns arise. However, so far this has undoubtedly been a smooth purchase of high quality furniture from a top notch company with great staff. Highly recommend! 10/2025: Still in love with our couches and bed. No concerns have arisen. We have now purchased a washer and dryer as well. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about all the models and helped us to make the correct decision based on our family’s needs. We feel like we got an excellent deal for such high quality. Sam and Domingo delivered them and took away the old machines. They worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and we appreciated the care they took. Roby’s is still highly recommended! Now we’re just waiting for a sale on the Bosch refrigerator. Hint, hint Roby’s!!! ;-)

I had a new range delivered to my apartment, and the technicians, named Shawn and Kenny, were amazing. They were very professional, friendly, thoughtful, told me what I needed to know about the new stove, and were as quick as they could be. They even complimented us on how clean our old stove was and set the time on the new one so we wouldn't have to. I would have tried to tip them if I had anything to give, but most companies don't allow it these days, so I honestly didn't know what to say other "thank you". If there's any way that Kenny and Shawn can be rewarded for doing such an awesome job, which I can safely presume to be their modus operandi, I want them to have it because they deserve it. I give them, and Robey's, 5 out of 5 for service and product quality. Thank you for that!
