From final sale (Lisa) to delivery (Kenny and Samuel) was great. We got the adjustable bed we wanted for a good price and the guys who delivered and set it up where awesome. We've made several purchases at Roby's over the years and I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleFrom the beginning of picking out a new mattress and base with Steve L. at the store to the delivery and removal of the mattresses by Shawn, Dante and Brody this was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Really appreciate Steve helping us catch up to what's available in new mattresses. He also listened to my price point and didn't try to push a more expensive mattress. Thanks to everyone involved!!
View on GoogleCharlene Hicks was my sales representative and Dante and Samuel were the delivery guys. They insured my new bed was in the location I wanted it and the height I needed. They made sure the remote had batteries and tested the base before they left. Excited for my first night sleep at zero gravity.!
View on GoogleDante and Domingo delivered my newly purchased bed on time and had a lot of moving of present furniture in the house, to accommodate the space for the new bed. They accomplished all tasks, except we ran into a snag when it came to attaching my headboard to the new bed. After talking to Tammy, my salesperson, we discovered the brackets needed, were in stock! This Dante and Domingo were scheduled again to arrive on Labor Day, brackets in hand. After much difficulty, and learning, they were successful in attaching my beautiful fabric headboard to the new bed! I applaud their hard work, and their ‘never give up’ attitude! I appreciate both Tammy, my pleasant helpful salesperson, as well as these two strong, very helpful young men! My gratitude to Roby’s for making this all happen.
