Ron's has a Fantastic Selection. Ron's Personal Service was Top Notch. He also beat the Big Store price and saved me over $1000 what Macy's was charging. I recommend anyone wanting the best service, savings and selection to Ron. This is what customer service is all about.

My experience was stellar. He responded very quickly and let me test out the mattress. I got the best deal in a stearns and foster mattress which is thousands in the store. He was a subject matter expert and helped me to get my bed to my home. Would definitely use his services again

COMPLETELY UNPROFRESSIONAL!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RON. I recently bought a queen sized mattress and box from Ron through Offer Up. The picture of the mattress I had purchased with him was nothing like the mattress he had delivered. Not only was it not what I thought I was paying for, it was in horrible condition. Before even purchasing, Ron had specifically told me, “Good condition. No tears on top. Sides and corners may be dusty from moving from the warehouse.” However, the mattress he delivered had tears at every corner and stains on top. The box had a black stain with a prominent hole on one side, also with tears at each corner. Additionally, we had agreed on a set price of $130 for queen mattress, box, and delivery. When he came, I was generous enough to pay him $10 more. After delivery and inspecting the mattress, I had contacted him regarding my concerns with the mattress. He never addressed my concerns. I am very disappointed and would give this 0 stars if I could.

Ron has great mattresses and low prices! I saved $700 Mattress Firm on my King. They have an awesome staff & nice store. Nice layout.
