Our sales rep DJ was extremely attentive to our needs and instead of “selling” us a bed, he guided us to each mattress that he felt fit our wants out of our sleeping needs until my wife and I found the perfect choice, which 100% is very much appreciated.

This is the 2nd time that I've purchased a mattress from Mattress firm. First one was a "budget buy" to hold us over until making a larger, longer-term purchase, which we just did. In both experiences, I worked with Leslie. As a fellow salesperson, I could not be more impressed with Leslie's entire consultative process. She is highly intelligent and a subject matter expert when it comes to sleep; inquisitive and thoughtful, she clearly and politely talking us through the pros and cons of the options that we were considering. If I were at Mattress Firm HQ (and if she's up for it) I would immediately promote her because she is the absolute best. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the absolute best.

A shoutout to Mattress Firm for helping me find great bedding for my senior Mom. Thrilled with this perfect and financially reasonable solution. I had been looking at multiple online options. Thrilled that this can be delivered very soon and set up for a very nominal fee.

Our salesman, Richie, did an outstanding job of trying to make our purchase as smooth as possible. He needed support that was not available but stayed the course until it was completed.

Terrible service by a young man who worked there. All very polite and charming when I first entered the store and started looking at their expensive mattresses up front. Once I told him I wanted a cheap Twin for under $1,000 he pointed at the back of the store and literally then walked away and went to greet some other customers! Not an offer to show me wha my options were, nor a thank you for coming in!
