Sleep Number

Austin was outstanding. Very knowledgeable. Very patient too. Austin did not try to pressure sell us. We looked at ALL the beds. Selection was great. We ended up getting a split-king-size heat/cool adjustable. We are finally going to prioritize our sleep time. We can't wait to let this bed improve our sleep, keep us cool or warm and help with the aches we wake up on our tempurpedic bed.We also got some bamboo sheets, matress protectors and a couple of adjustable pillows. We were also surprised at the price. Less expensive than a similar tempurpedic with no functions which we researched thoroughly. It is also Very quiet. Highly recommend this location. Let Austin guide you through the info process. You will not be disappointed..

Due to the great sales that were going on we caved and bought a Sleep Number bed. The whole experience was quick and easy. Austin was great to work with and my husband and I did not feel pressured at all which we both appreciated. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood everything. We were lucky and got our bed in a week. The guys who delivered the mattress were great and made sure we understood everything before they left. All around great experience!

So disappointed 24 hrs after getting the bed I had the worst night of sleep. King size half split mattress causes you and your partner to roll and sync in the middle you can feel the airbags inside the mattress. Nothing like the stores floor display. when I went into the store to return 24 hours after delivery I was told I have to wait 31 days and they will not take everything back. This is unacceptable for a large purchase that is ment to give you peace and relaxation.

I had a wonderful experience with Austin the store manager! He got me set up with great deals on pillows and super comfortable bedding! I highly recommend this location over anyone else in Buckhead.

We recently purchased our very first Sleep Number mattress—the ILE King—during the Presidents’ Day sale, and we could not be happier with the experience! Nate Anderson, a Sleep Associate at our local Sleep Number store, was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in, Nate was extremely patient, helpful, and thoughtful as he guided us through our options. We were considering the ILE, the Climate Cool, and the I10 mattresses, and he took the time to clearly explain the differences, answer all our questions, and ensure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. Thanks to Nate’s expert knowledge and genuine care, we felt confident in our purchase and are thrilled with our new ILE King mattress. We highly recommend visiting Nate to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a Sleep Number mattress—his professionalism and customer service are second to none! Nate goes above and beyond!
