As a first time buyer, my experience was absolutely amazing!! Jelani is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and relatable which makes a conversation feel more natural and not transactional. I had a full tour of every mattress that fit my preferences and tested out features I didn't know I wanted. Definitely coming back when its time for a guestroom. Thank you again Jelani.

Evan was amazing. Very knowledgeable and I was in and out in like 30 mins. He asked me some qualifying questions, answered all of my questions and got me in and out super quickly! And he truly took care of me and I’m so happy excited about my new mattress!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – UNETHICAL, MISGUIDED, AND INCONVENIENCING
My experience with this Mattress Firm has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a lesson in incompetence, misinformation, and total disregard for the customer.
I initially purchased a mattress through a salesperson named Cody, who is no longer with the company. When I returned to express my dissatisfaction, I was informed that Cody had provided inaccurate information about the mattress. In other words, I was sold a product under false pretenses. The mattress did not come close to meeting my expectations, and the company conveniently distanced itself by pointing out that the salesperson was gone—as if that absolves them of responsibility.
I was then handed off to Cameron, who, at first, seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, that competence evaporated the moment she had to assist other customers. I was completely forgotten—literally left sitting in the store for hours. I spent 2.5 HOURS there, waiting, wondering if anyone even remembered I existed. Eventually, she guided me toward a mattress that I couldn’t even try in-store, which should have been a red flag on its own. Still, I agreed, and after more than a week of waiting, the mattress was finally delivered.
That’s when things went from bad to outrageous. Upon delivery, the team refused to take the old mattress because of a missing tag—something that was never clearly explained or emphasized beforehand. After weeks of delays, misinformation, and wasted time, I was left stuck with an unwanted mattress and no solution. No flexibility. No accountability. No concern for the inconvenience they caused.
This company is disorganized, misleading, and utterly indifferent once they’ve taken your money. Between being sold a mattress under false information, ignored in-store, forced to buy a product I couldn’t try, and then denied proper removal service, Mattress Firm has proven they do not value their customers at all. Not to mention, in the midst of this frustration, I was treated HORRIBLY and DISRESPECTFULLY by a salesperson named Zach. I have never experienced someone so unhelpful and aggressive in sales.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business literally anywhere else.

We had such a great experience with Cameron at Mattress Firm. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the start. After visiting several mattress stores, we kept coming back because of Cameron—her knowledge and friendly approach really stood out. She took the time to answer all our questions. The whole experience felt simple and positive thanks to her. We’re so happy we worked with Cameron and would absolutely recommend Mattress Firm—especially if you can ask for her.

An absolutely great experience. Erik walked us through every step of the process and answered every question we had. He was not pushy, a complete professional, and allowed space for me and my husband to have conversation and make the best decision for us. Cameron, the store manager, was so kind and informative. Erik and Cameron are a great team. Can’t say enough, even if you have a mattress firm near you it’s worth the drive to go to this store. Customer Service is top notch and they beyond accommodating. Thank you Erik and Cameron!
