Rooms To Go

This Rooms 2 Go store had a good selection of living room furniture. We were greeted by Devon when we came in. She asked us what we were looking for, explained the sales and promos the store was having and pointed us in the right direction. She gave us our space to browse and checked on us from time to time. We found the living room set we liked and Devon setup the order on the website. We went home and decided to buy and it was super easy to click the link she sent us and make the purchase. Devon is super helpful, friendly and professional. When you go there ask for Devon. She will take excellent care of you.

We purchased Living Room furniture from the Altamonte Store and Steven Haulbrook was the salesperson assisting us. Their selection was wonderful and we bought pieces from the East Side collection. The furniture is so comfortable and we love the color. We also purchased our coffee and end tables as well as 2 recliners. Steven was very helpful answering any questions, there was absolutely no pressure making the sale. The whole experience was a great, I would buy here again. On delivery day 2 men brought the furniture in the house, assembled what needed to be put together and placed each piece exactly where we wanted it. They were very courteous and professional.

Phil, Phil, Phil! I did that so you will remember to ask for him. He took great care of my wife and I . We were looking for a specific table we saw online. He walked us right to it and made the buying process painless!! We were seriously out of there in fifteen minutes or less! For the GM that reviews this review- I know he is supposed to walk us through the entire maze of furniture but, having an injury to my foot he took us straight to what we were looking for. In the future when we are looking for our patio furniture we will come to this location and ask for Phil.
