From the moment I walked into the store, he was attentive, kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right sofas for my apartment. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and provided honest, helpful advice throughout the process. Even after the purchase, he continued to provide outstanding customer service by following up and doing everything he could to help me. Jose, Ana, and Raziq were phenomenal! Jose is such a character, so friendly, down to earth, no pressure and very informative. He helped us pick out a brand new couch for our new apartment! I had ordered it online because work didn’t allow me to come in person and guess what? I ordered the wrong piece 😊😂 The delivery guys told me to request for a reselection. Jose sent over other options he thought would be best. When I came in person, Jose was off but Ana stepped in and helped me pick the correct pieces and immediately had management come in to help honor available discounts and promotions. So sweet and Raziq was very informative and quick at solving the problem. Thank you everyone so much, I’ll recommend them all to anyone searching for furniture in the future! Just don’t make the mistake I did and order online lol, never again!

The store is well stocked and organized by section creating a flowing ambience where we may find plenty of beautiful pieces of furniture. The high ceiling with all the windows bringing so much light inside the store creating a perfect ambient for us to see the furniture with every detail. Andy’s is wonderful, helpful and he always listen to our needs. The delivery guys are very respectful and on time.

Just bought a brand new couch and dining room set with Dax and I highly recommend him! He took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step and I did not feel rushed at all. He answered all of my questions and even assisted with the financing and delivery of my purchase. I definitely advise you to go to him if you’re looking to buy new furniture. The store itself was also very clean and welcoming. 5 stars for sure!
