Sage the salesman was amazing. I came here to price check mattresses. I always find deals and quality furniture here. I've purchased a special order sofa set with pull out bed and a wooden dining room table set for 6 and the process was and is always smooth. It helps with my credit score also. I have NEVER had any issues of felt like I was targeted because of my credit score. I've also purchased a credit card with them and the synchrony bank is very professional. I always stop here first to see new show pieces and designs and colors. Although they have limited space available I was given a catalog for preorder. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will continue to order in the future. Great quality furniture.

Paul helped me pick out my new couch today. He was patient knowledgeable and personable. He greeted me with kindness soon as I walked through the doors! I've bought from here many times and always leave satisfied.

We went back a second time to purchase couches. Because Mike was such a great help, we asked specifically for him again. His patience in walking around and helping us pick just the right couch with matching couch sofa bed made our experience a pleasure. He was not pushy when explaining the extra coverage we could purchase. Because they are cream-colored we decided to do so. We're also quite happy that we can have them delivered when our home is completed, and not have to look for a place to store them. We still have more to purchase and will be back!

My salesperson was Michael Wilson. He was kind, friendly honest and very easy to talk to. I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. When I told Mike what I was looking for he immediately knew the set I was talking about. He offered suggestions and went above means to ensure I received the best deal. When leaving the store, all sales personnel wished me a good day. I will definitely be returning to Rooms To Go.
