Customer service was great. Laura was awesome. The bed sold us, but she walked up through everything. She was super informative. If we bought it on line without going into the store we would’ve been blind and uneducated on all the bed has to offer. Laura is excellent at her job made us feel very comfortable buying the bed.

We have been Sleep Number bed owners for 8 years. Recently we moved and transferred our bed to the new owners. To be thorough, we started the search for new beds from scratch.
