Rooms To Go

My sales lady was Nicole and she provided me with multiple selections for me to chose an accent chair. I was successful in finding the perfect one. It is a beige leather recliner and I just had to get an accent rug too. I am totally pleased.

Big shout out to sales associate John Ghawaly! He was exceptionally helpful with helping us choose a living room set that will fit the dimensions of our living area. He was very knowledgeable and we will be reaching out to him for future Rooms To Go purchases.

We have been working with Rodney in our last few visits. He is a very nice, helpful and patient guy. We will recommend him to our friends. We bought furniture for our new condo and had no problems.

Bought a sectional , rug and beautiful lamp and the lady that helped us was Sally and she was very kind and helpful. I love that she wasn’t pushy like the other places . I will always go back to them to buy my bedroom set .

First time in rooms to go at the veterans location! Right as we walked in the door we were greeted by Rodney. He made our experience so easy and perfect. He instantly knew our taste and showed us couches that were within our criteria. He was so easy to talk to and communicate! I’d definitely refer people to go see him specifically. If you’re in the store ask for Rodney. The store has a huge selection of couches in every range and style you might be looking for. They definitely had some decent July 4 sales but the only complaint I have is that the managers should be able to throw in a nicer discount specially when you’re buying a bundle. Doesn’t take a lot to make a customer happier honestly - a free throw blanket or a decorative item would do it. Just makes your customer feel valued.
