He was very helpful, providing me with all the details I needed to make an informed decision. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I really appreciated that! Met with Gina a month ago and she directed me to the East Coast line. I bought the sofa & chaise in teal and came back to add chairs and tables. Had a nice, pleasant experience with Glen. As a younger person I usually get profiled negatively by most sales professionals, but Glen was very professional and welcoming and non judgmental.
