My family and I walked in. We were greeted immediately with an amazing salesman named Sonny. He gave us a couple tips about what was on sale and then let us on our way to try out our living room sets throughout the store. He checked in on us here and there not hovering but available. If we had questions once we picked our furniture he was quick to get everything Settled so excited for getting our furniture on this Friday.

This my second time shopping at Rooms to Go in Brandon, FL. Eddie was our salesperson on both occasions. The first purchase was a couch with a chaise. Everything went smoothly. Our second purchase today was a power recliner. We were fortunate today to get a floor model that was 50% off. Eddie is knowledgeable about all of the merchandise and showed us several different options. We will definitely return when we are ready to furnish our guest bedroom. Great experience. I highly recommend the Brandon store. Ask for Eddie.

We came into Rooms To Go shopping for bedroom furniture for our son and daughter-in-law’s room in our home , and Brady made the whole experience easy and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, he struck the perfect balance, attentive and knowledgeable whenever we had questions, but never pushy or hovering. He gave us the space and time to really browse, compare options, and talk things through amongst ourselves, which we appreciated more than he probably realizes. When we did have questions about materials, delivery timelines, or financing, Brady was right there with clear, honest answers. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for our kids’ new bedroom, not just closing a sale. That kind of patience and care makes a real difference when you’re trying to pick out furniture for someone else’s enjoyment. John Rovane was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in he was attentive, listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Came in expecting to spend more than I did. John quickly pointed out furniture that would be closely aligned with my wife’s style, while staying more budget friendly and comfortable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience working with Tasia at Rooms To Go! Buying furniture is a big decision, and we spent quite a bit of time going back and forth between three different sectional options, trying to determine what would fit best in our space, what configurations we liked most, and what made the most sense financially. Throughout the entire process, Tasia was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond by creating multiple layouts and configurations for us, emailing different options, updating carts, and making it easy for us to compare everything side by side from home. Having those visual layouts and saved carts made a huge difference and helped us feel confident in our final decision. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, Tasia gave us the information, options, and support we needed to make the best choice for our home. Her communication was excellent, and she was always willing to answer questions and explore different possibilities with us. Our furniture won't be delivered until July, so we can't speak to the delivery experience yet, but based on the sales experience alone, Tasia has been absolutely fantastic.
