I came into Rooms To Go in St. Pete convinced I knew exactly which sofa I wanted... and walked out with a completely different one. 🤣 Turns out Erik knew I needed help before I did! The funny part? The sofa I ended up buying was right at the front of the store, and it was love at first sight. Erik greeted me when I walked in, and I told him I was just browsing. Fast forward a little while, and I was talking his ear off with a million questions. 😅 Erik was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. He answered every question, helped me narrow down my options, and even assisted me in finding the perfect pillows to complete the look. He had that rare balance of being available when I needed help while giving me space to make my own decision. Furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Erik made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and actually fun. Sherri Roberts was the sales associate who greeted me upon arrival introducing herself with genuine smile. Her knowledge of product and services were informative and helpful. Her interior design expertise was evident so I relied on that when making my decisions.. Very happy with this part of purchase… delivery next week and hopefully it will be as pleasant an experience
