I went to get furniture with sort of an idea of what I wanted. We were greeted the moment we walked into the building by Mark Gordon. There was no pressure just made me aware that he would be around if I had questions. And when I asked the questions that I had he was extremely informative and then gave me a tour all across the building of the items that matched what my interests or need was. Extremely satisfied with the experience. Satisfied with the price. The quality of the furniture the selections of the furniture. His knowledge of what would work with the area that I had I would not have been able to accomplish easily on my own. Extremely happy. Thank you

Roger at the Clearwater store was excellent today. I purchased a swivel chair that I had specific requirements for. Between he and his manager, I received top notch customer service. I was able to schedule the pickup for my chair on a Sunday...which also happens to be my birthday. Super excited! They had such great recommendations for furniture pickup and longterm care...very thorough.
