I received excellent service at Rooms-To-Go at Lakeline, in Austin, Texas. Amanda Ray and especially Salesperson, Niall helped me choose new furniture to grace my new apartment. Niall spent a few hours going over choices, good prices and sales, until I was thoroughly satisfied with my purchases. He set up a great deal for me, and was extremely helpful and patient with me, an elderly lady with special needs. I could not have asked for better service and attention, and I looove the furniture I’ve chosen - attractive and well-made! I would recommend this Rooms-To-Go to anyone!’

Went in looking for a specific couch and found a better one thanks to Alex! Alex was amazing in helping us find what we were looking for. We let him know our wants and needs and he was able to quickly find options for us. He showed us all the features of the couch and gave us time to look over the couch without feeling pressure. When we mentioned also looking for a certain coffee table, Alex was right on the money with tons of options that fit our idea of the coffee table. In the end we found the best couch and coffee table to fit our needs. Alex was a great salesperson and we look forward to working with him in the future!

We visited this store on January 29th looking for a new sofa. The sales associate Alex Gebretsadik, greeted us very warmly and friendly. He explained and tactfully demonstrated the display in showroom. Several sofas caught our eye, and our choice a little bit stuck. Alex explained the advantages of each in great detail, helping us make the right choice. The delivery service was as punctual as a Swiss watch and notified us promptly of its arrival time, so the sofa arrived exactly on the estimated hour of February 5th. We are very pleased with our sofa, its design, and the price. We appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Alex and the Rooms To Go delivery service, and we appreciate your service!

Kim Capella in Cedar Park, TX is the ABSOLUTE BEST representative at Rooms To Go. I was lucky enough that she was on my route of places to research furnishing my daughter's new apt. bedroom. The mattress was priority 1 and my kiddo had found one, but I wasn't convinced it was the best quality option. Kim found the best option for mattress, but better than that, she not only LISTENED to my concerns about a foundation, she introduced me to something I had never heard of, which made all the difference in my research. Kim was not only the most honest sales person, she made it fun, and kept LISTENING. She taught me things I didn't know, and what to consider when purchasing a frame for the mattress which my daughter HADN'T EVEN CHOSEN in that moment. The next week, we visited another location of Rooms To Go, and the person clearly was NOT A LISTENER. She kept repeating the opposite of what we wanted, and took a half hour to find the mattress my daughter wanted to try. She finally did, and a decision was made. Friday, I called the Cedar Park location HOPING that Kim Capella would be there, and as luck had it, she was. We immediately went to the store, and she continued to be incredibly helpful, reviewing the dimensions of the bed frame we had chosen from another vendor, discussing the ultimate height of the bed w/the frame, bunkie board and mattress. Once again, she made it so fun for both of us!. Her honesty, wit and listening skills continued to impress. Kim is a people person! She is witty, sarcastic - in the BEST way - and made the overall experience fun. I highly recommend anyone shopping at Rooms to Go in Cedar Park ask for Kim to work with them.
