Amazing experience! We had procrastinated buying a bed for about 9 months because we just knew it was going to be a long, pressure filled day. We decided to start our search close to home at Roseburg Mattress and we are so happy we did!! Our new mattress and frame are so perfect! We were in and out in less than an hour and they delivered it within a couple hours , not days or weeks! So happy! 😊
View on GoogleI have Purchased two Mattresses from Roseburg Matress and am happy with their service. Prices are competitive, knowledagble staff who knows their product and can help make informed decisions and I feel confident they'll handle any hiccups. They also stock most of the product they sell. I would recommend them.
View on GooglePurchasing process was a breeze. Was told my new mattress would arrive around within a week. Didn’t get until almost three weeks in which i had to call and inquire where about my bed was and it was in the warehouse. How long was it in there??? I was told I would be contacted when it was going to be delivered to my home. Had to pay more than what I was quoted for the delivery fee. Glad I have my mattress now tho. Very comfortable. Wanted to shop local as I felt scammed out of my last bed purchase as I shopped through a big company, but still felt scammed. I guess it’s everywhere you go anymore. Learned my lesson — make sure to have EVERYTHING in writing.
View on GoogleMy husband and I were in the process of moving to the area and foolishly thought we could sleep on a full size bed temporarily!!! Wrong!! We desperately reached out to Roseburg Mattress. The wonderful owner not only hooked us up with the perfect Mattress set, but also at a great price!! He even had his super amazing staff deliver it to us within a couple of hours!!! Thank you thank you we slept like a dream that night!!!
View on GoogleIt should be noted that I've never left a review for any other company or business. Roy at Roseburg Mattress is so helpful. We've been to his location several times and it's been a pleasure to buy local and experience such great hospitality/service. The quality of U.S. and locally made products are never a disappointment! Will always return if I need anything bed or mattress related. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.s. The copper coil, gel foam, mattress was worth every penny on my first purchase. These last few months have been so restful. Thanks guys!
