In the past, I tried making purchases here, but it didn't feel welcoming (I had purchased from the outlet and no issues). Greg was different. He was friendly, not pushy, and knowledgeable. It made picking out a washer earlier. And we liked Greg so much, we decided to purchase a mattress too. But it gets better. I was so pleasantly surprised by the delivery guys. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Basically all the reason why you choose a locale business.
View on GoogleThe staff were helpful and friendly. We got a new stovetop at a great price. It will be installed just before Thanksgiving. Saved the day!
View on GoogleNeil helped me out. I needed a washer to match my dryer. The model I had is obsolete. Neil was able to locate a washer yet very affordable... even compared to rebuilt(used) washer prices. Great price! And quick 🎉🤸♀️
View on GoogleStopped by mid-day Saturday to look for an electric range and in less than 30 minutes left with the exact range, new dryer and an above the range microwave I wanted and saved several hundred dollars. Neal was very helpful and zero pressure sales. Will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend.
