West Harvard Furniture

Fantastic furniture store!! We are seriously picky and found a couch, recliner and bedroom set in a manner of one hour. They carry La-Z-Boy, Flex Steel, County Values, some Ashley, Stanton and really nice brands, too. Tovah helped us find everything we needed. She is extremely helpful and gave us a great deal!! I highly recommend Tovah and West Harvard Furniture. I would come back to get furniture anytime!!

I had a great experience here, I was cared for in a timely fashion, by a professional that had acceptable suggestions listening to what it is I was requesting and needing. Tovah, was very tasteful, knows her products, what was both in her store and that what we could custom order. I had been to the Ashley store. Their customer service was merely a person standing there waiting to take your order and your money they had no sense in decoration or a will to help you shop. This was by far superior, and helpful. I received my sofa in just a couple days having bought it off the floor. Since we have had company they slept on it and as promised it was very comfortable They stayed 4 nights. I now await the arrival of my custom rocker swivel recliner to go in the same living Room and I'm quite excited about that. I will continue to do business with West Harvard furniture.

Karen and Tyler were amazing at helping us choose out a custom piece to fit in a very specific spot in my home. We were thrilled when the company we chose was local, it was done about three weeks faster than we expected. Thank you so much for your excellent service and your attention to detail. We will come to West Harvard the next time we are shopping for furniture. Thanks again!

We recently bought a couch from here. Kelli was our sales person, and she made the entire process easy going and stress free. She showed us all of our different options, and communicated great through the whole process. We are very happy with our entire experience

Very accommodating, professional. Great knowledge of product. Friendly and efficient...Laura in Customer Service was very helpful and pleasant. She listened to my issues and resolved them as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this store. Their delivery team that came to my house was very good at their job and definitely showed concern as they completed repairs on chair. They sincerely wanted to make sure it was good before they left...
