The service was impeccable!! Tom (owner) worked with us and helped us find the perfect fit for us. We ordered on Wednesday and was blessed to receive the custom made RV mattress on Thursday. Absolutely amazing!!! It is so comfortable that we find it hard to get out of bed every morning !!! First night we slept 10 hours of restful sleep, no tossing and turning! We highly recommend Royal Bedding to all. You won’t be sorry 👍😜
View on GoogleMy wife and I have bought many mattresses over our 40 years of marriage, but it wasn't until we found Royal Bedding that we realized there are still honest & trustworthy companies in business today. We bought our most recent set of mattresses from RB in 2021, but didn't send a review at that time (we don't usually do reviews, especially right away as we want time to experience the product, I'm sorry now that we didn't send a 5-star at that time). Anyway, after a thorough evaluation of our options with the experienced RB team who is a family business, that has been doing this for many years, we selected our mattresses based on their guidance & our preferences (style, fit, comfort, softness, etc). In addition, we also purchased the Malouf tilt frame system. The sleep we've experienced since then has been terrific. The reason I'm sending this review now is because we did experience an issue that I raised with the RB team recently. I was amazed at how they responded, they were so very helpful! Keep in mind, our purchase was from over 4 years ago. Since they manufacture themselves (no imported cheap fakes that last only a short wile), they were able to quickly assess & offer a solution that exceeded our expectations! Finding a locally owned, small business in AL is the best option for us & we have been completely satisfied with the Integrity & standards of this company and their products! We hope this helps anyone who is in the market for bedding. Give them a try & I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you RB!

View on GoogleReally a great experience, as well as an inside look at how they make their incredible mattresses. Family owned and operated business with an emphasis on personal comfort. Unlike several places my husband and I visited on the same day, these great people didn’t try to press us into anything at all. We were allowed to discover what felt right-or not- and to take our time looking and trying. We decided on a fully latex mattress which they make only when ordered, as was explained that they don’t like being “stored”. So, less than the promised 10 day turnover, we had our perfect mattress, pillows, sheets, mattress protector, and adjustable base! We are thrilled with our choice, and you will be too! View on GoogleI would put 11 stars if I could. We purchased our mattress a little over 6 months ago. I have owned beds from $500-$5,000. This is by far the BEST mattress I have ever owned. I have owned ever kind of mattress ever made I feel like (and yes even a waterbed). We have owned/tried most of the top name brands. Not one has lasted more than 3-8 weeks before I have "wallowed a rut" (as my wife likes to say) in it. Not only have I not made a rut in it, I don't toss and turn anymore. I can not say enough about how much I love this mattress. I think it is the latex model. You should definitely go check them out. They are also great people to deal with. I went in there 3 times and laid on the bed before I finally purchased it. They were extremely nice every single time.
