American Freight Furniture & Mattress

My new husband and I had a great time with this team! They helped us find our dream couch, we got a great deal! Thank you AF team ♥️

I had a great experience at American Freight! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They had a good selection of appliances and furniture at really competitive prices, and I was able to find exactly what I needed without any pressure. The checkout process was quick and smooth, and they made sure I understood everything about my purchase. If you’re looking for good deals and solid customer service, I definitely recommend checking them out. I’ll be coming back again for future purchases!

Awesome staff, courteous, great selection 👍, very helpful 👌; we called ahead and Ms Kristee and Mr Hayden expedited our by knowing what we needed and knew their inventory options that was great! No steps to climb, huge stocked warehouse and parking lot. Yay! Happy 99th birthday WWII Veteran, Pastor Rev Marvin Talmage Crawford!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tim took amazing care of me from start to finish! He made everything super easy and got me into my new sectional without any stress. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the whole experience was honestly great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the prices and in-stock availability can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be back for my bedroom set. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality furniture and real savings!

DON'T SHOP HERE HELENA STORE ALABAMA. GO to ROYAL FURNITURE IN HOOVER Please go to a decent store !!!! with better customer care. I really hate putting a negative review on a stores, but i had to on this one. After paying full price on 4 huge items close to 3000. My chest drawer (white ) came with a dent and black stains. I asked for exchange or refund, the front lady said all sales are final, Unless i exchange with a black instead of white. I asked for a discount coz of tge dent only to be told the manager is not around.. not sure if this was true since i had seen him there. Dont even think about store explaining to you anything about the sale or delivery the store final sale wont include delivery charges you got to pay extra money. Was 1st and last day in this store poor customer care i repeat. They will not assemble beds even after delivery they will just drop them to you . KEEP AWAY this store!!!!!!!
