Bedzzz Express - Corporate Headquarters

We have just purchased a new mattress and foundation from the Pelham location. We met Woody and he did an awesome job . He was knowledgeable , polite and easy to work with . He did not pressure us to buy anything more expensive . I wanted the company to know he is doing a great job . Thanks !

I have been needing a mattress, like yesterday. Having to arrange a time for delivery with my busy schedule is nearly impossible. The warehouse had mattresses on hand for me to pick up. To the gentlemen who loaded up my mattress today, thank you! Y'all are the epitome of great customer service. I never thought going to pick up a mattress would be the bright spot of my day :)

Thanks to David Riddle and Katrina Sickles for making what could have been a very uncomfortable situation into a easy and painless outcome. David, Katrina, Ivan, and Jason were all very professional and courteous. Very refreshing to see a business see a situation through the eyes of the consumer. We sincerely appreciate all of you!! Warranty Nightmare!!! I purchased what I thought would be the last mattress I would need at my age. I have a 10 year warranty on the mattress. Long story short and given the the run around for over 2 months now. Buyers beware. This company does not stand behind their products and are dishonest from day one. A 2 year old mattress sleeps like a 30 year old hand me down. Very dissatisfied !

The People at the warehouse, which is the photo I posted, were great. The salesman at the Hueytown store was dishonest and misleading. Better get what you want in writing and still may have to get legal help to get what they promise.
