Saatva

Upon entering the showroom, my wife and I had the good fortune of being met by Mario. As a salesman, he was outstanding, patient, knowledgeable and caring in explaining to us the differences of several mattresses. As he got to know us, he was leaning towards one mattress over another, but not in any pushy or forceful way. Once he fully explained the differences, within several minutes we were comfortable in making our decision, which was the mattress he recommended. We told him we wanted to do some AI investigation and that we would be back to place our order within a week. We obtained the information we were looking, came back to Saatva, and requested Mario take care of us. Mario answered one last question and we happily placed our order. The total time we took to make up our minds and pay for our order was approximately twenty minutes. Our entire purchase experience was outstanding, "Thanks to Mario".

Our experience was great. Thank god that I didn’t buy the bed online. Florence our sales person explained everything about the different beds that Saatva offers. I would have never really understood if I had not seen and tried the different beds with the bases. Florence was incredible as was the manager Shaun. Buying a bed can be a little nerve-racking, you want to make the right decision and they at the Merrick Saatva store which is the Coral Gables store made it a pleasure.

Upon arrival very warm greeting. The showroom was impeccable and our salesman Adrian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we tried out any mattress we were interested in. I would definitely recommend the Saatva mattress as well as this showroom.

Ashley helped me choose my new mattress, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and I really appreciated that she wasn’t in “sales mode” like you experience at many other mattress stores. Instead, she focused on what would truly be the most comfortable option for me, without trying to upsell anything. The store itself is beautiful and even smells amazing. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend both this location and Ashley to anyone shopping for a mattress.

Excellent experience at the Coral Gables showroom. We took an Uber from Tri-Rail. Otherwise finding the parking garage might be difficult unless you know the area well. Jaeson was our sales person. He was knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy at all. The mattresses and the company’s return policy sold us. Still, Jaeson let us walk out and wished us good luck in this important decision. Again, no pressure. We called Jaeson the next day to order the mattress and powered bed frame. Jaeson will be relocating to the new showroom in Boca Raton in a few weeks.
