Saatva

Spent several hours at the Saatva store in Winter Park this holiday weekend. I have lower back and hip issues so this purchase was extremely important for my health. I worked with Joey, the manager, and he was wonderful and I also interacted with a number of other employees who were also very helpful. Joey was very patient with me as it took me quite a while to decide between two mattresses. But he reassured me not to be worried because I was protected by their 365-day trial period. I FINALLY (sorry it took so long, Joey!!) decided on the RX and I'm excited to see if this works out for me. Highly recommend this store.

We were welcomed by Alyssa to the very nice viewing room. There were many examples of the Saatva bedding. When Alyssa found out what our sleeping problems were, we were able to zero in on the beds that were most likely to help us sleep better. We tried out several beds ( in a sanitary way) until we found the bed that we both liked the best. We were never pressured in any way to make the purchase. We did purchase and are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed.

Tasha was a great help and a big reason we purchased a new mattress. We spent over an hour and a half deciding and we never felt rushed. She answered lots of questions and offered great advice. It was great being able to try all of the different mattresses.Thanks Tasha! Jim Glanville

Very disappointed with Saatva. We purchased a $2,000 mattress in 2021, and within a few years both sides have sloped while the middle is raised. The most shocking part? Customer service suggested putting heavy books or furniture on the middle of the mattress to “wear it down” and even it out. That is not an acceptable solution for a luxury product. The only real options offered were: * Pay $150 and go without a mattress for 4–6 weeks for a repair * Or spend another ~$1,000+ for a replacement (plus fees) Neither feels reasonable given the price and expectations of this brand. I truly thought I was investing in quality and durability. Unless Saatva makes this right, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in shopping for a new bed. Jay S was very helpful and professional without being overbearing or annoying. We were able to try out several beds as well as pillows before deciding on which bed and pillows we decided to purchase. I would highly recommend this viewing location in shopping for a new bed.
