Wow! What a beautiful experience! My with and I visited the Tampa store on Cumberland avenue on black Friday and was greeted by Shawn our salesman. He listened carefully to our needs and went work with his excellent product knowledge and fabulous customer service skills. Needless to say we bought our beautiful luxury bed and realized that great service is not a thing of the past but very much alive at Saatva with employees like Shawn S. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

I don't usually post reviews of purchases but this time deserved me doing so. It was one of the most pleasant experiences and purchase in all aspects. Downtown Tampa showroom was laid out with all types of Saatva mattresses available and well lighted. Aaron was one of the best sales people we've ever had the pleasure to work with. He let us try all options of mattresses and explained how each one was different than the other and ones that are better for side and back sleepers. I really intended to just look at a mattress today but ended up buying the one I liked best and some linens. Aaron made the difference and I'm glad I made the trip downtown to the store vs buying one online or at a furniture store. I will highly recommend Saatva and Aaron to my friends to shop for a new mattress in the future. Thanks again Aaron for all of your unbiased and very informative assistance in making our purchase today.

I LOVE Saatva! Our family has three of their mattresses and we all find them to be incredibly comfortable and supportive and restorative. I have found the customer experience to be second to none. VERY prompt responses consistently, accommodating, caring, personable. I just purchased my second set of sheets. The flat sheet is longer than most other brands and I have space to tuck it in, even with a 14 inch mattress. So, so happy. I highly, highly recommend Saatva.

Great experience! I heavily researched mattresses online before settling on the brand. We went here to try them out and decide on what model we wanted. I'm glad we did because they are all different and what I thought I wanted was not what we ended up with. We bought a memory foam hybrid for the feel and movement isolation. Low pressure sales. We dealt with Zach and he was great! He got me a good deal, and the delivery process was seamless. Their warranty is great as well. You may pay more than some other brands, but in the mattress field I think you get more of what you pay for if you are very picky like me.

Aaron was so helpful from the minute I walked in the door. He had patience, knowledge, and was highly respectful to my needs. I told him he had me at hello. His kindness to me and elderly woman mean the world. Aaron helped me find the best mattress and bed frame that fitted my comfort and health issues. 10 stars for Aaron for his customer service.🥇
