If you buy your mattress from a retailer, good luck. Are they persuading you to buy what's best for your sleeping condition, or are they trying to sell you overstock, or items with the highest commissions, or the flavor of the week? There is no stock or storeroom with Saatva. There is a very clean showroom for testing. Then you place your order and wait, yes wait for them to make it for you. The Perfection comes with your Patience. My replacement mattress took 1 week. As far as service on the showroom floor. What can I say, again, Perfection. He's an employee on a salary. He wants you to be happy because they have a 365 night trial period. I know. They replaced my 360 day Saatva Rx with the Classic Firm. Awesome. The delivery was awesome.

Had a wonderful experience at the Houston Galleria showroom. Kanna helped us and she was delightful, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The Saatva mattress ended up being the brand we chose after researching others and I'm very excited about the purchase. The purchase experience, itself, also matters a lot and I can't recommend Kanna and the Houston showroom enough. Also can't beat this product's warranty and exchange program, wow!

Our salesman Mike H. was exceptional. He knew the various beds and was most helpful in finding our final choice. Our bed was delivered by a very good crew and we are most pleased with our selection.

The employees in the Galleria store are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The item I purchased did not work out, and they could not have been nicer with regard to issuing a refund. And the entire experience made me want to return to the store again soon to look for other items I might need. I highly recommend this store!

Great experience in the showroom. Comfortably tested the suggested mattresses. So refreshing to have a salesperson listen to MY needs instead of steering me to the most expensive item in the showroom! Kanna warmly welcomed us, asked a few questions and offered her suggestions. Loves her job and the company she works for. It shows. I didn’t hesitate to make a purchase and will return again. Absolutely recommend The Galleria location.
