Casper - Midtown Tampa

Casper… The Best bed purchase that we have ever had. Cast for bed Sale showroom is located in the super cool Midtown location. It has an easy parking garage that are just steps away from the Casper front door The sales team at the tampa Casper location were professional and courteous. They went out of their way to help us find the right type of bed for each of us. They really listened and didn’t just try to push just any item for sale. We were there for quite a while, trying out all of the floor models. The manager went out of her way to introduce herself and to assist us with getting a boxspring. We were also able to pick it up at the location. This really helps when you are needing something sooner than shipping. We received our mattress to our home in three days after buying it in the store.. My son loves his Casper mattress! We are going back next week to buy 2 more for our new home. If you need a new mattress, but are not excited about going and doing it, You must try Casper for a great bed buying experience!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Casper store in Tampa. We were limited in time and we were hopeful to have a mattress delivered and installed before leaving town. While shopping for furniture in the midtown area, a sales associate from another store mentioned that a Casper store was nearby. Having read the ratings for mattresses on Consumer Reports, I was well aware of the Casper line of mattresses and its high ratings. The store was very clean and the layout was well organized and welcoming. The best part of the experience, however, was Cassi Jones, the store manager who assisted us with our purchase. Her professionalism, and knowledge of the mattress industry and the Casper products themselves, was overshadowed only by her pleasant and helpful manner. She patiently answered our questions and quickly earned our trust. And then she went even further. We discussed our travel plans and the short time we had for availability. She immediately went to work coordinating the delivery and installation of the mattress. Incredibly she was able to schedule a delivery for the next day. But then she went even further. She personally called the next day to inform me that an emergency came up with the delivery team that was scheduled to deliver the mattress, but that she was able to successfully find a substitute delivery company. Needless to say we were very happy when the team showed up later that day, even arriving three hours earlier than the original delivery time. We have not slept on the mattress yet so I will update this review upon doing so, but one thing is certain: Cassi went above and beyond to help us out. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for all her help. I will have no reservations recommending her to others for a mattress. Thank you again Cassi for all your help!

My wife and I had a great visit to the Casper store. Penelope was wonderful to work with. We generally knew what mattresses we wanted when we showed up. She listened to what we were interested in trying out, suggested some options and let us roam around and try them all out. We bought 2 mattresses, for a good price, and were out the door within 30 minutes. We will for sure go back when needed.

TL:DR Cassi was unique and professional and made it easy. In February I came to the Casper store to look around and Cassi approach with the utmost patience and introduced me to all the Casper products. Because I was a purple mattress user(no more as of today lol). She walk me through every bed they had and I settled on their Snow Max Split King Adjustable base and mattress a few months later. These people at Casper are not pressured to sale you anything and that's what makes it so easy to buy from them. And im pretty sure every Casper store is like that.

Visited the store in the Midtown complex a total of 3 times before pulling the trigger on our Wave Hybrid split King with adjustable base and Snow Cooling technology. On the 3rd visit brought my husband so he could experience the different models. He was a bit skeptical based on price point, and wanted to check out Mattress Firm before making a decision. Went over to the traditional mattress place, tried purple, and all the other options and nothing compared to the Wave Hybrid. So we went back to Casper bought the bed, adjustable frame, pillows, blankets, duvet, and comforter set! Took advantage of 20% off entire purchase buy more save more promotion! Non pushy sales associates and very nice store experience. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the price point is on the very high side for this top of the line model. More than I wanted to spend but we splurged! After our minimum 30 nights sleep, ended up returning the beds. They just did not give us the support we needed and we were not comfortable, way too soft, and not cooling at all. Ended up buying tempur-pedic cooling luxebreeze. Casper did honor 100 refund and they took the mattresses and adjustable bases back. They had a company come and take them.
