Had a good experience buying furniture for my home. The staff were friendly and gave useful suggestions based on my needs. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in excellent condition with strong build quality and nice finishing.
View on GooglePlease be very careful shopping with this company. The owner of this company today made me drive all the way from Scranton, Pennsylvania to Bridgeport, Connecticut after letting him know that I will not take any damages from him. He made me drive all the way to Bridgeport, Connecticut, and then forced me to take a damage and change my policy just because I drove over 200 miles to give him his delivery. He want to dictate his own terms disrespect my policy if a gentleman is not honest and respect Supplier’s policy he will definitely not respect the customer and cheat them. He is not a very pleasant and straightforward person. When it comes to damages he has in the past, given me damages without box and I have been lenient towards it. I have a policy and he need to follow my policy and not my policy.
View on GoogleI bought a beautiful bedroom set!! The quality is spectacular. The owner was very nice and gave me the time to choose without being pushy. The delivery was on time and the guys were very professional and left my place so clean after they put everything together. I highly recommend this place. Salem not only has beautiful furniture but unique fancy home decor. The prices are very affordable.
View on GoogleDo not buy from this place. I bought a bed frame here 4 months ago and it already broke on me. I spoked with the owner over the phone and he told me I needed to drive to him to show him photos of the broken materials in person. He then told me it was my fault that the bed frame broke and I should of gone somewhere with warranty included (he does not mention at all that warranty is not included in the price during his whole show on selling his material. He’s also extremely rude to his employees.) Cheap, cheap cheap. I’m telling you go somewhere else with your money. He’s so unprofessional and extremely rude. I’m so disappointed in the customer service of this store.
