I had a great experience at Bob’s Furniture. Kesha helped me she was very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent customer service I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend this store!
View on GoogleMy experience here is ALWAYS amazing. I always check here 1st, before going elsewhere. Dwayne is the sales representative that we always, and with very good reason. Very patient, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and gives you great perspectives towards your purchases. I have not had a bad experience here at all. We did a whole home refurbishment, and everything was properly done, in terms of our order. Delivery is not yet. So, we'll see how that goes. Our 1st experience with delivery was very good. So, the expectation is for this one to be the same. So, yeah... don't think twice to give here a try.
View on GoogleUpon arrival a staff member approached and greeted me before I could get two feet in the door. His name was Bob. Not thee BOB but he might as well have been. I quickly asked Bob to allow me to browse his showroom alone and if a couch catches my eye I certainly will seek his assistance. Bob obliged. 20 minutes later after a lot of sitting I narrowed my list to 3. Those three I got comfortable with . I lied down on those three. I must have looked absurd. To me comfortability and sturdy feel are must haves. No exceptions. In terms of ticket price, let’s say my three choices were maybe 3 or 400 dollars below there highest priced models . Their floor I estimate $699, ceiling around $3300. Strictly couches.. They did have a whole mattress / bedding section and many lamps, tables and art pieces around there store. I sought out Bob. Come to find out I think he preferred being called Robert. I asked Bob a deal breaking question . I chose a 5 piece couch that reclined on the left and had a chase lounge at its end on the right. I asked Bob , “ could the ends of this couch swap sides including its corner piece ?”The shape of my living room would require this. Bob holding a tablet showed me I think 3 different ways my choice could be arranged. My request was one of those options!! I bought it! Bob was accommodating , patient, and professional. My couch shall be delivered and set up on June 1st. My date choice . Sunday/Monday off from work. I had a good experience at the Bridgeport Bobs Discount Furniture. I look forward to June 1st.

His name is Jamie and he did everything to help us to understand the policy the-and also when it comes to returning furniture the guarantees on the sofas or on the mattress we did purchase a mattress’s we’re very happy with the service.
View on GoogleI visited Bob’s discount furniture at 815 Lafayette Blvd. in Bridgeport to see a specific couch that wasn’t on display at the store closer to me. I had no intention of purchasing anything that day. I simply wanted to see the piece in person before making the decision. From the moment I walked in Iesha, my Guest Experience Specialist was incredibly welcoming, friendly and patient. She took the time to talk with my friend and I about the decor ideas, answer questions about financing and never made the experience feel rushed or pressured. I had actually been searching for the right couch for months and had gone back-and-forth on colors and styles. While sitting on the couch with my friend and continuing our conversation about design options I realize it checked the most important boxes for me, the overall design in having a recliner, even though it wasn’t exactly what I originally planned. I’ve learned during my search that sometimes you have to pivot and this piece felt right. What really made the difference was the customer service. Iesha made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable because of her patience and professionalism what started as a quick visit turned into a purchase. I also appreciate how easy the financing process was and the quick delivery date I was given my couch hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m excited and looking forward to enjoying it thank you Iesha and to entire team at the Bridgeport location for such a positive experience.
