3.5/5 My main frustration was with the delivery team. Passive and unreliable service. Canceled first scheduled delivery with short notice. An hour late to the second scheduled delivery. The delivery hour is between 8am-2pm only, which I was not aware of when I purchased the service. I was told I was able to schedule delivery later in the afternoon. The mattress store itself was nice. I was able to try out several brands. I recommend bringing your own pillow so you know how you'll lay at home. I also recommend doing your research on the brands before coming in as the team member is only there to guide you to the brands. He'll answer your questions though. Overall, I recommend trying the mattresses at this store before committing to it.

The moment I stepped in, he knew literally everything about my issues with my sleep and my mattress without me needing to tell him much. He also gave me the perfect option (winkbed) of a mattress to make sure I’m sleeping better in addition to a discount. This guy knows his stuff and you won’t regret coming to this place if you’re lost and don’t know where to choose from.
View on GoogleIf you are looking for a new bed, I cannot recommend Stan at Sandman Sleep enough. Stan is incredibly knowledgeable about many facets of what promotes healthy sleep ( mattress make up, sheet material, type of frame, type of pillow ) and he is more than willing to share this knowledge with you. However, and this is probably what I appreciate most, Stan is not a pushy person who is just trying to sell you something. He asks questions, listens, and shares about his own experience when relevant, but he doesn't try to get you to buy anything necessarily. The conversations my girlfriend and I had with him were absolutely crucial in our decision to get a bed with an adjustable frame, something that has improved the quality of sleep both of us have by an insanely noticeable quality. Give this man your time and your business, you will not be disappointed.

Handmade for us, delivered in just a few business days, with clear communication every step of the way.
