My husband and I had been looking for a new bed for over a year. We couldn’t agree on size, type, or basically any of the necessary parameters. He actually found the Chicago Luxury Bed Collection and we stopped in on a whim during a frigid winter day. Jeanine was so welcoming and gracious, as she explained all about their mission to improve people’s lives through sleep. We proceeded to spend over two hours exploring different mattress types, firmness and price points. Quite candidly, it amazed us both that if spent a few minutes listening to our bodies, we could actually tell the difference in the various mattresses. Along the way, Jeanine was super patient and helpful, allowing us to really appreciate the various beds on display. We decided to return the next day, when we were able to narrow down to a few choices. Jeanine then said she’d quote us on our preferred models, which she promptly sent via email. Given the price points, we wanted to be absolutely certain about this potential major investment. We discussed and decided that good rest and solid sleep are more important than we ever realized. We decided to concentrate on the LaSalle model, in medium firmness, which is exclusive to the Chicago location. We returned a week later to make what, for us, was a significant investment in our wellbeing. When I tell you that the bed was worth the wait and we’ve never slept better, I mean every word. We’ve slept in many nice hotels through the years, but no bed remotely compares with our luxurious LaSalle. It may seem far fetched, but we are both “in love” with our bed and have not had one moments regret. We heartily encourage you to consider a Chicago Luxury Bed for your physical and mental wellbeing. I purchased my Hastens mattress from the Luxury Bed Collection many years ago. It is the perfect mattress. Beginning with the actual purchase and continuing to the present day the service I have received from The Luxury Bed Collection befits the high level quality of Hastens. I have the 2000T model. It is not just a mattress it is a way of life. I would sleep on no other. Although I do like Vispring which they also sell. Hastens also makes a fabulous travel pillow. Ask for Nina or Henry.
