I love the store, it is now my second most addicting store. My first time in there I scored me a really nice gently dented Northern tool toolbox for the bed of my truck. Great quality. Great material matte black perfect fit. Had slight dent by the handles. The latches still work just fine. The lock does too. I just had to bend it a little back in place so it wasn't rubbing the lid when you closed it and open it. Works great work and RV camping utilities Helps me stay organized and gives my truck a clean, hard-working look, without losing too much bed space! It's hard for me to pass this store everyday now, without stopping I'm just saying 🤷🫶🙏

Purchased items through K-Bid, I bought a new 48'' fan, received a faulty one after I plugged it in...reached out to Adam and he took care of it on the spot. Nice store, lots of random goodies each week. Will return to purchase more.

4* because the cashier didn't even say "Hi" and when he handed me my receipt there's no "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." Felt like a ghost checked me out. Item wise, you get what you paid for. Don't expect big items like appliances to be in like new condition. My heater was a little noisy but that's ok for the price. If the cashier would have speak a little, I would have a better experience.

*UPDATE* Nate went above and beyond to fix this issue. Great guy! Totally understandable from his side, still believe it could've been totally dealt with differently but in the end he made up for it. Thank you! *ORIGINAL* Won something off their auction, turned out they didn't have this item at all. Wasted an hour getting there, wasted over an hour waiting there and drove an hour home empty handed. While this was completely their mistake, they did nothing to recompense for a complete oversight on their employees. So disappointed in the lack of decent human service. You mess up, you fix your mistakes. Make it up to people!

Beyond impressed with the customer service I received from Pat. He was patient, informative, and very kind. I was having a hard time selecting flooring but he provided photos and even pulled out a few extra planks to help show what the flooring would look like when installed. He helped me figure out how many boxes I needed and even offered to hold the purchased items a couple of days until I was ready to pick up. I initially went to Savage Surplus to see what options they had, but because of Pat’s wonderful customer service I ended up purchasing the same day! There were ten flooring options to choose from. Although there isn’t a huge selection I feel like they cover a lot of different styles and colors. 10/10 recommend!
