I was in desperate need of a new queen mattress. I first went to M.F. because I knew I'd be more able to afford them, but I had a terrible shopping experience and just wasn't comfortable giving them my business. At the last minute, I found this place and went in. There was a world of difference in the level of customer service! I spoke with Kim for quite a while, and she was great. I ended up paying a little bit more than I would have at M.F., but I got a higher quality mattress that I really think will last a lot longer than the theirs would have. I was also happy to buy from a small business. The delivery men who brought it to me were very polite and friendly as well, and they showed up right on time. The mattress is a bit more firm than the floor model I laid on in-store, and that's really the only negative I can come up with, but I put a foam topper on it and that did the trick. PS: They had some really sturdy furniture pieces in the store that were gorgeous. It wasn't cheap, but it was clearly higher quality than the similar looking set I got from Ashley!

View on GoogleOverall happy with the experience. I'd say the only thing that I'd ask would be for more clarity on what's included with a $50 delivery fee. I live a few minutes away and was thinking they'd deliver and at least put it in the room its going in, not just leave it at the front entrance as I don't have equipment to make bringing it upstairs easy. I would have paid extra to have them bring it to the room or just grabbed my truck and taken it from the store had I know that was the service. Other than that, it was good buying experience.
