Bought a bed from Scott Jordan. It had a minor fault, and they promptly offered to deliver a replacement at no cost. Excellent furniture, excellent service, thanks especially to Melroy. Be sure to contact them in advance of visiting the showroom, you can't just walk in.

We’re so happy we found this furniture company! Melroy was an outstanding salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding us to the right bed for our new home. We received the bed a few weeks ago, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful wooden bed and the solid wood construction feels extremely sturdy, the slats provide great support, and even our sheets fit better than on our old bed because they tuck in tightly. We’re sleeping better and couldn’t be more pleased. Fantastic product and company. We’ll definitely be back!

The delivery men were excellent and I am so glad I purchased from Scott Jordan over Jensen-Lewis where I first went to purchase my sofa beds. Having delivery men who work directly with your organization and have years of expertise in delivering and setting up the beds is appreciated and beneficial. I was impressed that one of the delivery men has been with your organization for 30 years. When I went to Jensen-Lewis they told me I might have to get my own delivery company since I lived in Wilmington, Delaware. This could have been a disaster since any delivery company would not have been familiar with installing and setting up the sleeper sofas properly. I love my solid and elegant Turtle Bay Platform bed from Scott Jordan! From working with Melroy at the showroom to meeting the bed's maker Rock in the adjacent Brooklyn workshop, to the installation by Rock and Julio, everything about the process of choosing the bed and having it delivered was a pleasure. It's natural cherry works well in the room. Can't wait to get all the linens!
