Max, the MattressFirm sales representative, was very informative, helpful and accommodating. After listening to our requirements for a new mattress walked us through all the different types of mattresses that might meet our needs. He was very patient and allowed us to go back and forth testing and comparing the comfort levels of the different mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about the construction and how each mattress was made. After we made our selection he set-up a fast delivery and set up for us and removal of our old bed. Delivery and set up staff as on time, efficient, friendly and took great care while in our apartment. Would highly recommend visiting MattressFirm at 245 Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn, NY. Sabiel, the sales person was great, showing different types of mattress and explaining the differences between each of them. You get to test the mattress to ensure it’s comfortable to your needs. I was explained in great details the financial aspects of the purchased and how it work. I am graceful I chose to stop by in person and got to see and feel the mattress rather than purchasing online.
